Staff was quite good. Laundry was quick and of good value. Suite room has also living room that can be nice.
I was seeing 3 different rooms. Some of them are almost ok, some are quite poor. I was staying for business and the hotel isn't quite up to the task. The wireless network had some problems also. Recommended if you don't have the money to go to a good quality place or they are full.

Service, politeness
Not that I did not like smth but the place is just a bit small to be called a hotel. I think it is a good gues thouse and the price should not exceed 2000 rup.

Reasonably priced. All aspects are in line with how a hotel for this price range would be. Staff was friendly. Suitable for a quick business visit / night stay.
Slightly difficult to locate. Restaurant did not look great.

Day staff were helpful particulary Shefi and the guy who would go and get us some beer and water from the store.Walking distance to many things.
We arrived late at night and the night staff would not even say hello and were quite impolite. We were a nuiscance to them. We booked an Exucutive Deluxe Room and they gave us a small dirty room with 2 small beds. Toilet would flush sometimes.Tv antenna was held together with sticky tape and worked for about 5 minutes. I complained so they gave us a sligthly better room and all night long my girlfiend was eaten by ticks and bed bugs the bites of which lasted a couple of weeks. And that was just the first night. In the morning the day staff changed our room again to the room which I had actually paid for in the first place But the repair noises and oil smell was still too bad. Oil shop next door part of same building and could smell it non stop in the room and gave us headaches. There was hammering , sawing, drilling in the morning upstairs which only made our head aches worse. We paid for three nights and went to another hotel after 2 nights. I was happy to waste the last nights payment just to get out of there. They advertised wifi in room but not true. Said have room safe but not true. Said have tea/coffee making in room but not true. Said have cable tv but not true. Never will we go there again.

Charges for room rent were extremely high to compare with the facilities. Poor location. We had to ask several times to room service staff for one order to be delivered. They did not specify if the breakfast was chargeable and ;later they charged us. Pathetic hotel. Will never goto this hotel again.

Although the lift only went up to the third floor, I was on the sixth floor. I am a pensioner, but this was not a problem, but I could see that it could be, for someone with walking difficulties. My room had only been open a couple of weeks, and for the money was first class. Clean and very smart. I was only using this hotel as a base for a cricket tour, but everyone was very pleasant. Room service was good value.
One, little grumble. On arrival, I arranged with the receptionist for a taxi to pick me up at 02.45 am on my leaving day for my flight at 06.45 am, to take me to the airport. He quoted the price of Rs 300.00. I confirmed this with him several times, including on the day I was leaving. At 11 pm (3 hours and 45 mins) before I was due to leave, reception informed me that the taxi would not be coming, and I would have to hire a private car for Rs 850.00. Almost three times the original quote. I bartered with them, and said it would be Rs 350.00 . . . I then began to panic that I would not get picked up, so went out and got my own taxi for Rs 600.00, and was consequently at the airport six hours before flying!
